THE PERSONAL DETAILS OF EVERY CHILD will be put on to a database. This is not just about children at risk of abuse

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION about EVERY CHILD can be shared between a lot of people: schools, doctors and nurses, social workers, housing benefit, police - and plenty more besides that

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION about PARENTS will also be shared.

The �information� does not have to be �facts�. People must report their �concerns� about children and their families. The Government says that things like poor SATs results or low birth weight should be a �concern�
