Today we went to the Museum of London...one of my favourite museums. Maya does her archaeology club there..She had atalk on treasures found in London..then they went round the museum looking at some, then they went and made some replica jewellery. The Cheapside hoard was really impressive. All found under the cellar floor in a house in Cheapside in 1912 by a workman. The stuff is priceless and really beautifully made. Tomorrow we are digging up the garden.. have metal detector..will travel
