My allotment

I put my name down for an allotment about 6 months ago and today I reached the top of the list. So now I am the proud caretaker of my very own allotment! It is 5 rods not 10, so half a plot but that's great because I won't be overwhelmed. It already has a shed on the plot and some globe artichokes growing and what looks like a strawberry bed. My friend B and I planted some rhubarb which was being given away and next week I get the keys and can get to work on it.
